We currently deliver to customers across the United Kingdom. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the product, delivery destination and fulfilment location. Where applicable, estimated delivery information and any shipping charges will be shown during the ordering process.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. To start a return, contact us at support@crowyx.com and we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Items should be returned in appropriate condition. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
